Have yet to be paid 15000 sb for the Doordash offer after 34 days.

I signed up for doordash through swagbucks, made my first delivery, and got paid $7 from doordash on the 22nd of July, but still no 15000 sb. Now it's August 26th. I've reached out to support and they keep saying wait 32 days. It's been over 32 days, so why give that answer? Is it just an automated response? Don't expect to get paid doing this offer.
