Has anyone been able to cash out since late July/early August from Bentofox?

I was only able to cash out once, around the end of July/early August. Then Bentofox had an ongoing issue (for like 2+ weeks) where seemingly no one could cash out because every time an attempt was made, they received an error message that said something like, "Please try again later". Then the website was down for a day. Now when I go to cash out, it acts like it'll work by saying they'll send me a confirmation email when it's been approved, but when I go to my History page for Rewards, it says nothing is pending and no email shows up. Has anyone managed to cash out more than once from this website??
