Good sites for surface or Tablet?

Hello everyone, I have two 30 minute breaks at work and have been hitting surveys with my Microsoft Surface which usually works fine but would love other options to choose from as some days I just don't feel like doing surveys. If anyone who uses a surface or tablet would love to hear things to try out. If it involves typing quickly or a ton than it is not a good choice. Thanks!
