Chromebook for mining?

Just a quick question, I'm looking at getting a new laptop for mostly browser based stuff (Turk, ect) and I'm looking at chromebooks. If I use the mining program from idle empire, will that run on a chrome book? I'm just not sure what programs I would or would not be able to use on a chrome book, data or other mining wise.
