Are there any apps that you dont have to worry about being banned on?

New to this so I downloaded quickthoughts and was doing that for a while. Apparently you cant go over 5 surveys a day and I already did about 20 (only made $3.50 though) so I just logged out and deleted the app knowing I'd get banned like everyone else. Apparently ipoll bans most people too.

Are there any quality apps out there where you dont have to worry about getting banned from something stupid?
