Anyone else unable to log into Product Report Card?

I don't think I've been banned because I keep getting several survey invitations from them daily. But for the past few days, I've been getting an error message when I try to log in.

"We had an error trying to log you in. Please try again."

Same thing when I try the "forgot your password" link. I've tried Firefox and Chrome. Anyone else or is it just me?
