Affiliate marketing

I am the owner of a very big Instagram account and I want to make some money on it.
Does anyone have an idea?
My idea was that I get people to sign up on a website and I will get money each signup. I am searching the past week for a good pay per sign up website but I can't find it.
I am looking for a website with a higher price than $0.50 per sign up.
Does anyone know a website?
