Tried contacting customer service since I was unable to cash out my earnings on Qmee. They asked for my IP address. Should I give it to them?

The interaction went like this:

Me: I have tried cashing out my earnings through Paypal on your site, but I was unable to. The email linked to my Paypal, and Qmee account are both the same (my email) so I'm not sure why it did not work. Please offer me some assistance, and thank you in advance.

Them: Hi (my name)

Thanks for getting in touch.

I’ll take a look at your account for you. Can you please let me know who your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is?
