Smiles Payment Update
I contacted Smiles (a former driving app) regarding payment at the start of the month, looking to get whatever was in my account sent to my PayPal. Seeing nothing in said PayPal account, I decided to send an e-mail to Smiles tonight to see what was going on. Their response:
Thank you for contacting Smiles customer service. Our office is STILL (yes, we know you are waiting patiently) working diligently to process all payout requests.
With the pausing of the Smiles app on July 4th there has been an influx of payout requests. We are getting to them in the order they were received and there is NO deadline to request your payout.
We appreciate you being part of the Smiles family and will pay you for the time you put in!
If you're still waiting for payment, there's still hope. Although it wasn't said how far in the queue I was.
