i am trying to sign up at windowsazure.com but i am getting this message "
You are not eligible for an Azure subscription
What can I do?
Sign up for a Pay-As-You-Go subscription instead Sign up >"
sometimes i use proxy and vps and works . sometimes not
anyone can help me getting a sign up without problems whatever using proxy..vpn..vps .. etc ?
