GG2U game offers not correct?

1st question is anyone else experiencing an issue where the game offers are redirecting to a different game? In my case I clicked on both lords mobile and afk arena and it is redirecting to cuisine royale. 2nd question is how long did it take to have neverwinter nights credit to your account? Support said normally 48 hours but it's been about a week now roughly. I even did a 2nd character to lvl 15 just in case.
