Focus point global users: help!?

Hey guys I’m dumb. I got an email for a survey from focus point global. It took me to a third party site for Neilson Computer and Mobile panel. I was under the understanding that this was to test a product, but then I realized that what I downloaded was to track my every move. I never allowed the permissions and wanted to delete it right away.

I have a Mac. I deleted the download package and a folder, but I still keep getting a pop up every few minutes telling me to allow access in my settings. HOW DO I GET THIS THING GONE?

Never downloading junk again, I swear 🤞
