F*$! Survey Junkie (0/10 would not recommend)
So I had the usual problems with their surveys - very low pay, "short" surveys that were actually long, qualifiers that didn't kick in until I was pretty deep into the survey. Not to mention a mess of a mobile interface.
I was willing to live with all that and just try to take advantage of surveys that had a better $/hr. Until they showed that they do not respect us as partners and will always side with a requester in a dispute.
I'll try to keep the rant short-ish. (tldr; I didn't keep the rant short.) I took a survey labeled 100 points (or $1) for 10 minutes. It only had 5 questions. One of the questions was free-text, and I made sure to pause to give it a thoughtful answer. Even taking my time, the survey was over in 3 minutes.
Then I got a message: "blah blah, you rushed through, you naughty boy." No points. I emailed Survey Junkie, and they said to wait a week to see if the points would be awarded.
I waited, no points. Then I got stubborn. Almost a dozen emails back and forth. I would say things like, "please manually review survey # xxxxxxxx," "what is the rejection rate for this survey?" "this survey was either mislabeled or created by a cheating requester."
And their answers were always just form letters. (After a 3-6 working day delay every time, of course.) Every email from them made it clear that they wouldn't take any responsibility for a bad survey; if the system or requester rejected my survey, then I'm just out of luck.
Finally I told them that I felt taken advantage of, and that they could award my 100 points, or just delete my account. Their answer?

If they don’t post in that time frame, then the survey provider has determined they could not be approved.

Me next reply just said "delete my account." This one they responded to in just 20 hours. "We have begun the process to remove you from our system." Oh, and "If you wouldn't mind, please take this brief, 2 question survey to help us better serve our members." (The irony....)
Survey Junkie doesn't care about you, doesn't care about their reputation, and doesn't care of you stay, go, or jump off a cliff.
