Crowdtap GC taking a long time to come

I cashed out a $20 Amazon gift card from Crowdtap yesterday, and it still hasn’t arrived yet, I checked all my folders and added the emails crowdtap told me to put. I came here because support is closed on saturday, did I miss a step in the gift card cashing out?
