Any sites where you can do homework for money? (or utilizing programming knowledge)

I currently am a programmer as a profession, and I am looking to make some side income using my knowledge and what I find fun! But when I sign up for these contracting sites like upwork or freelancer I realize it’s actually impossible to beat out off shore contractors regarding their availability and cheap labor. As well as majority of projects want you to work full time and I’m just looking for something on the side not as serious. Any ideas on income on the side with programming. I heard from a friend of a friend ;) that there are sites that you can do student’s programming assignments for them, anyone hear about that?
