Amazon email and customer ID?

One of the test at uTest asked me to fill those out for qualification - any idea if it's safe to give out those? uTest is supposed to be legitimate, so just wanted to make sure, but I can't seem to find any info regarding amazon customer ID, and how it can be used against you
