What is imoney..?

The hell is this app? I saw some people who were talking on here about how its supposed to be really good. I downloaded it on iOS as "tomask" which is supposed to be it's app. It has the most utterly shitty app layout I've ever seen. spelling errors, incorrect spacing, etc. Anyways, that doesn't matter. Most "questions" are 30 points. I went to go look at the redeem options only to find a couple absolutely ridiculous payout options such as "Nike jordans" for something like 92,000,000 points. What am I missing? Thanks.
