SurveyJunkie Not Letting Me Redeem & No Customer Service Help

When I tried to redeem they wanted to verify over phone but I never got a call from them after 15 min so I kept trying then it said I was locked out for an hour and when I went back the next day the options for redeeming are completely gone with a blank page after my points shown.

Has anyone ever had this issue with surveyjunkie? Also I have tried numerous times to email them and they haven’t sent a single email back to help me resolve this issue. I’m feeling like I wasted all my time doing the surveys and this company is a giant scam if they don’t even let u pay out after passing the minimum limit by miles
