ReceiptPal and Online Purchases

I’m new to ReceiptPal and am not a huge fan of giving them access to my email, but it appears that to redeem rewards you have to do so. So, I’ve linked it to my junk email. Does this mean I can’t actually submit any online receipts? I’ve recently signed up with poshmark and have a few receipts but it doesn’t seem like it allows you to manually add any e-receipts. Maybe I can screenshot them, print them, and the send them? But printing them probably costs more than the amount given for submitting them hah
