Paytime Access Code?

Hi all,

I just received the email from paytime telling me that my card is ready, and all I have to do is register for it using my email address and access code. What is this access code? I don't see it anywhere, and I've tried both my in-app referral code and password, yet neither work. Has anyone else had any success with this access code, and if so, where do you find it?
