G2 rewards is mad

So I found out about G2 rewards and I filled one review.

Then some days later I get a mail saying get 5 starbucks giftcards for 5 reviews, and I'm like sure. So I filled 5 more reviews and I get one giftcard for one review and rest 4 get rejected saying that I've already accepted 5 giftcards. Also, they published my 4 reviews too....BRUH

Also, I've tried to contact their support like seven times for the past 15 days and no reply -_-
