Fine-Print Appen Disqualifiers
Just curious for other Appen users - anybody else getting reminders/invitations to projects that aren't suited to them? I've received a few higher paying voice/mobile app incentives that I've accepted, only to catch in the task guidelines that I must be from another country, or that it must be recorded on an iPhone (which I don't have), or some other up-front disqualification. One small print line even said that the app will let you log in and record your work, but if you fail to meet the qualifications, you won't get paid. I only caught this after I had done about two hours of work doing prompts. My fault for missing that key part, but this hasn't happened before, especially receiving the somewhat aggressive reminders to do these projects.
