Does anyone know anything about Solitaire Cube?

I downloaded Real Racing 3, a racing game that uses ads to allows users to speed up upgrades, maintenance, or just earn in game currency.

One of the advertisements that keeps popping up is Solitaire Cube. The ad states that users can earn money just by playing the game and cash out to their PayPal account. I searched this sub, but it doesn’t look like anyone has posted about it.
