Capterra help

Submitted a review 2 days ago for the paid reviews but today capterra asked me for additional info and gave them my linked in profile. but the problem is it is a fake linked in acc that I made few years ago. do you think they will accept it or i will have a trouble if they asked for more info like ID and stuffs.
