UserTesting : Unfair 1-star rating

I would understand a 3-star rating on that test since I probably messed up a bit, but they're claiming "I didn't follow instructions" to the point of giving me 1 star. Totally unfair since whatever mess up I made did not warrant a 1-star rating. I still gave them feedback, and I did follow the instructions as best as I could.

Should I contact UserTesting, or should I just wait for them to do the "review" they do on 1 and 2-star ratings? Not sure if they actually do the review so that's why I'm asking.
