Google opinion rewards - Can I log into my google account from an iphone and transfer the money to paypal that way?

My credits are about to expire. And after looking and looking, it seems the only way to convert this to cash (without losing some) is to have an iphone.

Much of my family have iphones, so, my question is, if I log into my google account on the rewards app on one of their phones, will I be able to transfer the money I have already accumulated to paypal?
