Need help to redeem points on Survey Junkie

I'm on the page where it says Complete Verification and I will receive a phone call in 15 mins from them. But I have a new phone number that needs to be change for them to call me, and I can't even change the number. Can you change it without sending them an email and waiting for weeks for a reply?
