I need advice on how to earn more cash! I have to pay the past due rent + upcoming rent + morgage + utilities totaling $3000 pls advise??

GEEZ THIS POST GOT LONG SORRY!
NO IM NOT ASKING FOR MONEY PLS DONT BLOCK MY POST!!!

TL;DR: I need to earn about $1300 by 4/30/19 and another $800 by 5/7/19 and another $1000 by 5/15/19, Ive been freelancing for 8 months but now all the gigs are finished and until I find my next job I need to earn more money somehow. I have alot of engineering skills and alot of software on my pc, remote engineering work is ideal, but im open to non engineering work. However I did look into postmates and rover but the earning rate vs the amount of time it would take me to generate the funds I need doesnt work and would prevent me from doing other work due to the amount of hours Id have to invest into those. I never get replies on freelancer, upwork, peopleperhour, or fiverr. Please advise! THANKS!

Oh btw I realize this subreddit is not the place to ask for assistance or loans, and Im not I promise! just please gimme a sec to explain by reading below and thanks!

Heres the breakdown:

  1. I have past due rent from 4/15/19 $900, landlady agreed to wait until 4/30/19 (thats next tuesday)
  2. Combined bills and utilites $400 also due by 4/30/19
  3. Storage past due 3 months ish $800 due on 5/7/19
  4. Upcoming rent $900 due on 5/15/19

I got laid off last summer and since august I was lucky enough to find several partime freelance gigs to sustain myself with until I found my next job. However those gigs have finished up and this month I only made about $300, whereas before I was making enough to pay my bills.

I am a design engineer and usually when I go for an interview Ill get an offer in like 2 weeks tops, but lately there havent been any jobs related to my particular skillset, could be the time of year, but I do have interviews scheduled next week and the weeks after. However by the time I get an offer and start getting paid I will loose everything I have in storage and get kicked out of my apartment.

My friends and family dont have enough to support me, in fact I often help them out when I can. My fico credit is about 600/transunion 570 so I cant get loans or credit, and my current credit cards combined dont have enough credit to help even 1 of those expenses.

In short I need to find a way to earn enough money and ideally quickly enough and doing so remotely. If I can work remotely I can do alot more work because I wont have to commute.

I have a really strong background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, construction, product development, robotics, and design. The issue is that I need to find a way to supplement my income until I land my next job.

At home I have a computer loaded up with every cad program on earth: solidworks, inventor, fusion 360, autocad, eagle, maya, 3ds max, solid edge, and more. I also dabble in programming a bit with python, and Im a wizzard with excel and spreadsheets.

Now I am open to other work and sources of income not related to my skills and background but the issues are as follows:

  1. I signed up for postmates but I dont have a car or a license and from what Ive read online, bikers usually do 10 deliveries in a day and earn about $7-8 per delivery so this option wouldnt earn me enough cash by the time I need it and it would prevent me from doing other things presumably if Im outside walking (no bike!)
  2. I signed up for rover but I only sporadically get walker requests (yes I would also do this by walking) but all requests are usually 5 miles away from me and about 3-5 miles apart, so essentially id spend the day riding subway and walking but not earning and when I do earn ill earn anywhere between $12-$18 (this is what they let me keep not what the customer pays) so I estimate maybe about 3-5 paid dog walks per day and again I cant do anything else or earn money doing other stuff at the same time
  3. I have also signed up at freelancer, peopleper hour, fiverr and upwork, I never get any replies there unless its totally unrelated and requiring skills I dont have

If you have any suggestions or advice please im all ears, im hoping the magic of the internet will reveal some great big source of solutions or at least whatever mistake im making right now preventing me from solving this.
