Has this happened to any influence paid video surveys users?

I was on 14$ and i have been an active user. Today, i went on the app and i kept getting automatically signed out. I sent them an email and the AI response said they deactivated my account after i quit their app, which never happened. Has this happened to anyone else? And does anyone have a fix?
