User Interview ????????????????????

Hi everyone, Is anyone else running into issues with User Interviews lately? Whenever I receive an email inviting me to apply for a study, I click the link immediately to complete the screener. However, halfway through—usually around question 17 or 18 out of 34—it suddenly jumps straight to question 30, and then I get an error saying: "This study is no longer available." This has been happening with virtually every study I receive. A friend of mine is experiencing the exact same glitch. Does anyone know why this is happening, or is there a workaround to fix it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
