Menial job ads - legit?

I keep seeing Facebook ads for basic opportunities such as putting labels on jars or assembling small things, offering to pay small amounts per item (say 50 cents a jar or something like that).

I look at the pages and they have next to no followers or legit posts which is a good tell that they’re fake.

My question is has anyone seen a company or promo like these that are legit. Seems like easy to do while watching a hockey game or something.
