Ipsos iSay keeps warning me that my answers aren’t meeting standards. Why?

So I’ve been doing Ipsos isay surveys for some extra cash and I’ve received two warnings about the quality of my answers. When I received the second warning, this was after I was more thoroughly answering open ended questions, spending extra time on pages from reading questions much more carefully, etc. I don’t know what I am doing wrong.
