Has BeMyEye improved at all over the last year?

I've read the post from a year ago (or longer) that BeMyEye wasn't paying out, or it was extremely difficult to get paid. Has that changed?

There are several high dollar ($20+) within a 5 mile radius of me. Should I risk it?
