Unlock Surveys (formerly Springboard) redemption issues?

I've used Unlock Surveys for quite some time (formerly Springboard America) and never had any issues until now. When going to redeem on Chrome mobile browser I get error message "This site can't provide a secure connection". I messaged them and was told to clear the cache and/or try a different browser, both of which did not work. I checked Facebook and X and it seems that their last post was 12/31/2025 and, previous to that, they had posted regularly.

So just checking to see if anyone else is having an issue redeeming and/or if maybe they are on their way out.
