Cloud Connect taking a long time to process? Wait listed?

When I log in it just says the line above and it's been weeks now. Is this normal? I did the test and ID and selfie verification. I was accepted immediately to pro...lific so I wonder if cloud is wait listing me. I have no faith they will accept me anyway because a while back I applied but was not instructed to upload ID/selfie and it just said "sorry we cannot give you access to projects at this time"

Just looking for a pro lif ic alternative that isn't cloud, dscout or user interviews/testing.
