Be wary of respondent

I have been using respondent for a 8 or 9 months now, and they have just gone downhill. I have had multiple issues where incentives from surveys get held up only to find out that my responses got rejected a month later. Customer service is just an ai chat bot that barely responds or helps you, and on top of that the site it self seems to be crumbling since they're recent update, so when you do get selected for a survey it crashes and shows you a blank screen. I would be very careful trying to use them or expect any return on your time spent.

If anyone has any worthwhile alternatives let me know cause this one is certainly being dropped from my list.
