Can I stack Macys gift card with Cash Back thru *RetailMeNot*?

Want to purchase something larger and if I use a gift card I can redeem on discover, it's an even better deal. Otherwise, it's maybe more than I can afford!

Will they stack? Basically could maybe get an extra 15% off...
