POGO: e-receipts not scanning. daily check ins keep resetting. Constantly.

My e-receipts are not scanning. And my daily check in videos keep resetting to day 1. I've been having issues for a while now with the POGO app. So I've already done all the troubleshooting and reached out several times, including today. They just keep saying the same things. It might get fixed temporarily, but then happens again until I complain. I understand these things happen on any app, but this has been ridiculous. I don't even accumulate many points over the years. I don't play the games on POGO. I really don't want to, but I'm debating on just deleting it. Has anyone else experienced this?
