Is this why I havent had any tasks??

Is Baseline and UHRS just actually dead or was I not seeing tasks all this time because I had my hours available set to 0 in CrowdGen? I didn't know that was even there. I changed it but just curious if it'll even make a difference. And did anyone start the Coffee project yet? Is there actual tasks on it? I should be starting in the next day or two.
