Zero minute completion time on Cloud Connect

In the last week, I have received a handful of surveys that had a zero minute completion time. Therefore, as soon as I clicked on the survey, the timer back on cloud connection said "Timed out."

I'm glad I noticed it before doing the actual survey (in the other tab).

Why is this happening. Thank you.
