Is Cadoo fitness app worth it?

Just like the title asks. Can you actually make any money off cadoo? And then like wise is the premium version good, offer more options games? I downloaded it and did a couple of the entry level free games and then never got paid out. So I’m really not to inspired to pay to get paid
