Norstatpanel surveys - redirected to MandG MYView

A survey ive just started doing redirected me to MandG MyView.,, after finishing the survey its asking me to sign up with real name, email and create a password.. not sure i want to do this though but if i close the browser down doest look like it registers the fact ive completed the survey

anyone else experience this?
