Usertesting - Void Test?
I have been using Usertesting for over a year now. I just received my first "Void" test for "low quality responses." I don't recall the exact test but I do know I always give them my all and provide as much feedback as possible when I am completing tests.
Does anyone know how this factors into my overall rating on the site and if I'll be given less tests as a result? Is there any point in reaching out to them to try and understand what went wrong?
