My question is about Appen and I need help.

Hi, I have applied for several projects on Appen, mostly transcription and evaluator projects. I have completed the preliminary screening questions there and waiting for the result. My question is how long do they take to screen a candidate and qualify him/her for the job? I'm struggling financially so it would help if I get qualified on some of the projects. Do you have any tips or tricks about how to get yourself qualified faster on Appen?
