Cashback BeFrugal site

I have a question about the cashback site, Befrugal. I recently ordered a product from Samsung and wanted to get some cashback..

How do I know if the purchase went through with cashback? Is there a way to check for that? on my Befrugal Website account, it doesn't show any pending and such. Thanks
