Why do they not ask me for a video and a language verification to have an Uhrs acc, but for my friend they do

I have a clickworker acc and it sends me to Uhrs, i easily got an account in Uhrs without getting asked for language verification or making a short video of myself When my friend tries to make his account they require that. So how? Why is it different between the two of us
