MTurk Account Not Letting Me Sign In/Register?

Good morning!

I got a registration e-mail from amazon stating that my account has been approved, but whenever I try to sign in to complete my account, it just loops back to the sign in after asking me to enter my mobile number? Is it a matter of waiting or is there something else I have to do?
