Has anyone had any experiences with brox.ai?

I cashed out a physical $20 gift card and nothing happened. I assumed they would ask for my address for it to be sent to but they haven’t yet. It isn’t listed in personal information and I’ve previously contacted their support about being paid for a survey that I wasn’t and their support is absolutely terrible so I doubt they would respond to this either.
