Has anyone had a problem where the million steps app wasn’t automatically adding steps?

I have been using a million steps for a few months and now steps were not adding to the counter at all.

The boosts & ad bonuses work fine. I already switched from iPhone data to health app to no avail.

I emailed support 3 weeks ago and they never got back to me.
