Did I get shadow banned?

Yesterday all 3 platforms (mm-wall)(loot.tv)(hideout.co) just stopped loading ads completely no matter what I do to fix they won't load. I've seen a lot of reddit posts from the past saying they experienced the same but no one ever posted a fix. Was anyone ever able to get rewards again?
